Located North of San Bernardino in the area of Devore, Glen Helen Raceway finds itself on 256 acres, positioned against a great mountain side making Glen Helen Raceway one of the most renowned race facilities around. Glen Helen is on county property & shares its large area with other county facilities such as the Glen Helen Regional Parks, San Manuel Pavilion and the Sheriff Training Center.
Glen Helen Raceway’s notoriety began back in 1985, as it had several Sand Drag, Off Road and Motocross events. It was 1991 when Glen Helen Raceway hosted its first major event, the United States World Championship Motocross and again in 1992. With these two events added to the Glen Helen Raceway venue it was the beginning of a growing and nationally known track.
In 1995 and 1996 two more major events came to Glen Helen Raceway, the Off Road Winter Series and the AMA 125/250 MX Nationals. With these events added to the Glen Helen Raceway race schedule, it had now become one of the most seen and raced on tracks in the world.
Today Glen Helen Raceway continues to grow with the addition of more race tracks and has continued to invest thousands of dollars into the development and future of the facility. Glen Helen Raceway boasts its World famous National MX track, Rem/Vintage track, PeeWee track and most recently the addition of a brand new registration tower.
